Clients are never publicly listed

This directory lists professionals and clinics — never clients. A client's presence in the system, and everything about their care, stays private. Only professionals and clinics who explicitly opt in, with a recorded consent, appear in search results or on a public profile page.

Frequently asked questions

Are clients ever listed publicly on Manosanchay?

No. Only professionals and clinics who explicitly opt in appear in the public directory. A client's presence on the platform, and all of their clinical information, is never made public under any circumstance.

How is clinical data protected?

Manosanchay uses encrypted clinical data storage, role-based access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and comprehensive audit logs, so only the professionals directly involved in a client's care can access their records.

What does a therapist or clinic consent to by being listed?

A professional or clinic gives separate, explicit, revocable consent before their profile appears in the public directory. They control exactly what appears — bio, specialties, fees, and contact details — and can opt out at any time.

How does Manosanchay handle sensitive health data under Indian law?

Mental and physical health data is treated as sensitive personal data under India's DPDP Act, 2023. Manosanchay only uses this data to deliver care, and any secondary use — like a public directory listing — requires separate, explicit consent from the professional or clinic involved, never from a client.
